ORDERS & DELIVERY

The works shown on this website are made exclusively upon order, unless stated otherwise.

Orders can be placed directly through the checkout on the website using a major credit or debit card. If you prefer personal assistance before placing an order, or if you are interested in a commissioned project, you are welcome to contact Lennart’s Garage directly.

After an order has been placed, Lennart will personally get in touch by email to confirm the order details and provide the invoice for your records. Production will be scheduled once the order has been confirmed and payment has been completed.

The current timeframe from order to delivery is approximately 4 to 6 weeks for standard works and approximately 6 to 8 weeks for XXL works, unless stated otherwise on the relevant product page or agreed separately for a custom or commissioned project.

For sculptures, framed sculptures, and other custom works, the timeframe may vary depending on the size, complexity, and nature of the piece. Any specific timeframe will be confirmed as part of the order process.

Each piece is shipped fully insured and tracked, and is packed in a custom-made wooden shipping case for safe international transport.

Worldwide delivery is included in the listed product price. For international orders, import duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs clearance are handled and covered in advance by Lennart’s Garage. There are no additional charges upon arrival, unless specifically stated otherwise for a custom or exceptional order.

Orders may also be collected from the workshop by appointment only.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not yet started.

For the purpose of this policy, production is considered to have started once Lennart’s Garage has confirmed the order by email and has begun any order-specific preparation. This may include preparing the design, selecting or preparing materials, scheduling the work, creating templates, starting woodwork, finishing, or any other work specifically related to the order.

Because each piece is made exclusively upon order, cancellation is no longer possible once production has started, unless agreed otherwise in writing by Lennart’s Garage.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact info@lennartsgarage.com as soon as possible after placing the order. Lennart’s Garage will confirm whether production has already started and whether cancellation is still possible.

RETURNS

Each piece is made exclusively upon order. Because of this made-to-order nature, returns are not accepted unless the piece arrives damaged or an incorrect item has been delivered.

If your piece arrives damaged, this must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Please contact info@lennartsgarage.com and include clear photographs of the damage, the packaging, and the custom-made wooden shipping case, so the matter can be reviewed and handled properly.

Please retain all original packaging and the custom-made wooden shipping case until the issue has been resolved.

If a return is agreed upon, Lennart’s Garage is not responsible for the returned item until it has safely arrived back at the workshop. Returned items must therefore be shipped using a tracked and insured service. Return shipping arrangements and costs will be discussed depending on the situation.

Where items are purchased as gifts, any approved refund can only be issued to the original payer.

VARIATIONS IN COLOR OR DETAIL

Each piece is crafted by hand, resulting in subtle variations in color, shape, texture, and weathering. These differences are part of the nature of handmade work and give every individual piece its own distinctive character.

While every effort is made to remain faithful to the examples shown on the website, slight variations between the photographed example and the finished piece may occur.

USE & MAINTENANCE

All Lennart’s Garage pieces are sturdy, substantial works made from wood and should be treated with care.

The pieces are designed for interior display and can be placed wherever they best complement the space, from a private garage, showroom, or office to a living room, collection room, or automotive-themed interior.

They are not intended for permanent outdoor exposure or direct exposure to rain, moisture, or harsh sunlight. Wall art should be kept away from direct contact with water and prolonged exposure to intense sunlight. If a piece comes into contact with water, dry it as soon as possible with a soft, dry towel.

Because wood is a natural material, some subtle weathering may occur over time. This is part of the natural character of the material and contributes to the individuality of each piece.

Each wall piece has a brass hanging fixture attached to the back. To hang the piece, only one sturdy screw in the wall is needed. Please make sure the wall, screw, and fixing method are suitable for the weight and size of the piece.
